Often we think of grief as what comes on the heels of a loved one crossing over, but I see so many of my clients that are grieving other more nuanced things.

Grief is such a natural part of the human experience, our journeys and our iterations of self expansion.

In our ever changing and quickly paced timeline, we are often called to say goodbye to something or someone we are not ready to. Although we can rationalize it in our minds, it takes time for our bodies to process the felt experience of change. The loss, transition or pivoting from one way of existing, who we thought we would be, how it all would go, or who we once were altogether can cause us to spiral – And damn! Why wouldn’t we miss those versions of ourselves sometimes?!

Watching our children move into different stages of their own lives is a hard hit on the heart, even when that growth is wonderful and beautiful.

Grief also comes from societal programming and the ways we were raised, praised, or criticized and all the juxtapositions that left us reeling & our heads spinning!

Endless it seems, layers of peeling and healing as we transition into our true embodied nature, transmute the bullshit, and titrate to our highest selves.

These are the paths I walk with clients.❤️
