My mission is to support you on your healing journey. My work is to empower you, whether healing from your most profound human experiences, or simply moving and shifting stagnant energy. Then you can flow through your life with grace and ease.

As a mother to a beautiful son who crossed over, I work intimately with those in the throes of grief, deep sorrow, and/or complete upheaval of their lives.
Grief is a sacred process. It is an honoring of our love we hold for the beloved soul who we are grieving, the experience of our primordial depths, and it is forever transformative.
The loss of a child is of a different distinction, with heartbreak so profound that words fail to speak to it. This pain requires a container for healing that holds all of the love of the bereaved family. A love so all encompassing and visceral that space and time fall away, blurring the lines between this world and the next. The layers of heartbreak and chambers in which they rest are all familiar territory for me. I am called to create this container for healing, to hold this sacred space, honoring and supporting you through these times.

Energy Healing
Energy healing is an invitation to alchemize the distortion in your energy field that makes up the ways you move through your day. Whether your energy is dialled up too high (think anxiety, frustration, overwhelm), too low (depressed, exhausted), fragmented (lacking embodiment, intention and clarity), or dense (grief & heartbreak). How we run our energy has a direct relationship to how resourced we feel, how nourished we are and how well we can access how we need to “be” throughout our day. It is an invitation to live a more balanced, peaceful life and see the magic that exists all around you.
Spiritual Guidance & Mediumship
I offer a connection to the Divine to assist you in understanding the guidance available to you from the other side and to connect you to the messages that you are ready to receive.
