My JourneyFor as long as I can remember I had a deep sense of knowing.
I felt sovereign and held; connected to a source and mysteries far greater and well beyond this world. This relationship to multidimensionality was my north star always orienting me to the deep wells of wisdom teachings, healings and practices that would gather and weave me back into being, pointing me in the direction of my medicine.I would come to really know my medicine through death.The first being the passing of my beloved first partner Trevor, a Captain in the Marine Corps killed in Afghanistan.This was my initial taste of grief so deep I could barely break the surface for air. The pain of my heartbreak was unspeakable yet with it came a connection to the spirit world that was extraordinarily alive—so alive that it challenged the inner landscape of my mind until I better understood the gift that had opened to me.I would soon come to realize that it held my healing at its core and in a deeply concise way was readying me for what was to come…the tragic loss of my 18 year old son, Danny. Danny died in a car accident in his senior year during the last weeks of high school, on the eve of his little brother's eighth birthday. These words still shread me as I write them. I believe in soul contracts but this one… the mere hours that lapsed between Danny’s death and Dean’s birthday still burn hot and bright.Danny’s death fully immersed me in the sacred fires of grief which was when my potent initiation as a healer began.His memorial took place at the hallowed gardens of Innisfree, gathered at the water's edge among the massive slabs of stone. A place Trevor & I had frequently brought Danny as a young child. While I stood eulogizing my beautiful boy, the trees swayed in exaggeration as the fish leapt from the pond, a plane buzzed playfully overhead and birdsong loudly filled the air. There was so much activity that it couldn’t be ignored. The spirits of the land were so alive and the essence of Danny was palpable.A collective healing and blessing was offered to all during the memorial and the overwhelming response was a felt sense of such beauty and deep peace against a backdrop of devastating sadness. It was a peace that penetrated people’s hearts and was often spoken of in cards and letters I received in the weeks and months that followed.
The exquisite beauty and magic that existed in that grief opened me up to touch divine space.
Deep transcendent healing was my only way forward.I took a year long sabbatical from work..
That time was spent saturated with hours of meditation. Each morning after bringing my youngest son to nursery school, I settled into my sacred place and just sat in silence, in my own breath, sometimes just trying to find my breath and often weeping until I was empty.
There were no mantras. There was no guidance. I just sat alone with myself, with all my heartbreak and sorrow, and the pain which riddled my body in every way imaginable. I sat in every single expression of what it was for my son to no longer occupy this life - our life- our family - our days-the moments, all of them…his laundry no longer piling up or the base of his music no longer heard in the driveway seconds before his car would appear, the distinct low tone of his 18 year old daily greeting, “good morning, ma.”I let it all run through me - every fucking last bit of loss and anguish and love.This practice was a cleansing for sure but it was also where I could touch that space again- where the beauty and magic and peace lived, & where Danny now resided. It was a lifeline to the wisdom of my soul, to Danny and to a way forward that allowed me to be ever present to myself and our family.At this time I had already been receiving energy work to support my system and make sense of the information that would come to me from beyond the veil. Now it became a key piece to deep transcendent healing—the depths and levels of healing that would open in me were further access points into the mysteries. There was acknowledgement of this kind of death initiation, its power and honor. This journey was one of distinction and I could feel a flicker of that in the deep caverns of my grief.In these sessions I was energetically held in my rawest state by a healer that had lifetimes of healing in her palms and whose mere presence was a formidable transmission of healing.
I could say all the words to her that were only a whisper inside me or nothing at all. Each visit was mine, exactly where I was at and exactly what I needed. These visits were powerful. They exhumed the densest layers of grief and allowed me to breathe deeply again and be a clear loving mom for my boys. My sole purpose was to be present and to help them navigate their tremendous sadness from the sobering absence of their big brother. From that place and under
such sacred guidance I became a certified energy healer.I have healed, and trained, and then healed some more, while learning and training even more. I have gathered and journeyed in sacred spaces with women, and sisterhood has taken on a new form inside me.
I have traversed realms so magical ….

My Offerings

Energy HealingEnergy healing sessions are offered remotely or at my home out of a private studio devoted to healing and holding sacred space. Each session will entail releasing energy imprints and stagnation from your field and then integrating divine light frequency back in for a rebalancing and re-calibration of your energy body.These sessions are open and free flowing, meeting you just where you are with ease, grace, and a deep reverence for your journey.
Each person clears only what they are ready to release. The healing belongs to you as a sovereign being, I am simply the conduit for your own healing to flow.Modalities that may be implemented during a session include light language,crystals and toning.Ninety Minute Session
A 90 minute healing session is a deep dive that allows for a juicier journey. The vibe of the healing takes on a slower and more mystical experience. Often receiving channelled information and guidance from your spirit team or loved ones that have crossed over that I will offer to share with you.

A 60 minute session is a full healing that offers all the wonderful therapeutic benefits of energy work without the deeper journeying and channeling experience.

Forty Five Minute Attunement Session
45 minute attunement sessions are offered to clients who have received at least three 90 or 60 minute sessions and would like to move into working with attunements. Attunements consist of energy upgrades to clear and calibrate your energy field for a grounded & embodied result allowing you to move through your days with greater capacity. These are ideal when looking for a quick energy adjustment or seeking a series of regular weekly/ biweekly healing sessions.

Kids/ Teen Sessions
60 minute remote healing sessions. Energy healing for children is a lovely and easy remedy when life feels intense and some gentle support from the comfort of their own space is needed. Sessions help to clear overstimulated and overwhelmed fields that play out in the form of anxiety, depression, challenged decision making and inability to focus. It is a sacred offering to those experiencing grief from loss
(including that of pets and friendships/relationships).
Energy clearing is also a great boost during finals time increasing ability to focus and retain information when studying and preparing.
Sessions can be one off or bundled in order to support your child with weekly clearings and calibrations depending on their needs

Mediumship & Channeled Guidance ReadingsAfter losing my son, Danny it is the most beautiful blessing to have been able to re-establish our connection from the other side. The ability to receive messages from him and then to see and hear him has made his transition out of this world a bit less devastating. This connection has allowed me to receive messages from other spirits beyond the veil and has opened my gifts of channeling to help others navigate life and loss.Mediumship readings consists of a quick overview of how I work and receive messages, then we take a few minutes to come together in the space and ground the energy with some breathing, at which point I call in spirit. I never know who will come through during a reading but I am always pleased that the messages received from spirit are exactly what is most needed. You will have an opportunity to ask a question of spirit during your session and if you are really wishing to hear from a specific loved one I am happy to call them in and... fingers crossed they will accept the invitation and join us.
